By accessing or using the Kabori website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Permitted use
You may use Kabori to:
- Write, review, and improve software code
- Plan and implement software architecture changes
- Generate and review tests for your codebase
You may not use Kabori to generate malicious code, violate applicable laws, or infringe the intellectual property rights of others.
Intellectual property
Code you write using Kabori remains yours. We do not claim ownership over the output of your work sessions. The Kabori product, trademarks, and website content are owned by Kabori and may not be reproduced without permission.
Limitation of liability
Kabori is provided “as is” during the early access period. We make no warranties about uptime, accuracy, or fitness for a particular purpose. Our liability is limited to the fees you have paid in the preceding 12 months.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the product evolves. We will notify you of material changes by email or via in-product notification. Continued use of Kabori after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
